Shipping & Returns
1. Freight
Freight paid by the purchaser and may vary depending on the chosen shipping method / destination / country.
2. Transport
If goods are damaged or missing during transport from ATNNETWORK, guarantee applies. However, you must notify our support within 14 days.
If goods are damaged or lost when you return it, you are responsible for payment.
3. Return policy
As a customer of ATNNETWORK.COM / SE, you are entitled to cancel a purchase within 14 days from the date you received the product. Notice of return must be sent to our support team by email or letter within 14 days of receipt of goods.
The withdrawn amount for the purchased product will be refunded to the same creditcard number that was used to purchased the product.
Always contact our support before returning the goods.
The notice shall contain the following information;
a) order number b) invoice number c) product
For the product you want to return. To return to be approved, the returned goods shall be in substantially the same state.
The merchandise must be packed in their original packaging with the associated inner packaging and together with any accessories. Put no address labels directly on their packaging, but put the original box in another box.
Return the product together with the invoice (or a copy of the invoice, front and back). Do not forget to fill in the cause of the return on the back of the invoice.
You must pay for return postage. Returns can not be done by cash on delivery. Save your receipt, - be aware that you are responsible for return shipment!
4. Product defects
If you receive a defective or faulty product, please contact support as soon as possible but no later than 14 days. We take your complaint and will be back with return instructions. Send goods in the condition it was received, followed by a damage or error report,
so you get a flawless, right to be. This applies When selling to consumers (private person). Regarding purchases made by consumers, to remedy the defect ATNNETWORK.COM/SE can make a new delivery if it can be done without unreasonable cost or inconvenience to ATNNETWORK.
ATNNETWEORK.COM/se always have the right to the intrest in its own expense to remedy the fault, eg. by repair, or replacement with flawless goods.
5. Guarantee
We guarantee that the goods you have ordered are free from manufacturing defects for one year from delivery.
The warranty does not apply to errors that occur at or after the altercation of the functionality and appearance. It also does not apply to external damage to the product, such as pin damage and moisture.
If your product malfunctions during the warranty period, return it to ATNNETWORK in accordance to 4.Product defects.
6. Complaints
Notification of defects in goods must be made within a reasonable time from when you, the customer, discovered or should have discovered the error
